  • Places of direct contact with the local community
  • Autonomous shops that join the FOOD NETWORK and distribute products from COLMEIA and straight local products.
  • They support the local economy and contribute to the circular economy.

Requirements to become a FOOD HUB

  • Have adequate space for food distribution/storage. Minimum around 7 square metres.
  • Having an existing community around; in an area where there isn't a FOOD HUB.
  • Follow the pricing strategy of FOOD NETWORK.
  • Manage your own business by issuing and receiving invoices. There is also the possibility of working through the COOPERATIVA DA TERRA, but that's a point of free decision.
  • Participate in the logistics of COLMEIA and be an ambassador for the FOOD NETWORK explaining how it works and welcoming members.
